EliteBrain is responsible for processing your personal data. For any privacy matter, write to francisco@elitebrain.com.
Data we collect
Account data: name, email, country and the password you choose (stored with a key-derivation hash, never in plain text).
Professional data you upload or write: your CV, experience, education, languages, search preferences, cover letters, generated documents and notes on your applications.
Interview practice answers: your voice audio is sent for transcription and is not stored; we keep the text and the resulting report.
Minimal technical data: usage records per feature to apply your plan's limits and measure costs, and an anonymous fingerprint of your connection to stop access abuse.
We do not collect sensitive data. Please do not include data such as health, religion or ethnic origin in your CV.
How we use it
Necessary purposes: create and maintain your account; read your CV; find and evaluate openings for your profile; prepare CVs, cover letters and interview practice; apply your plan's limits; activate payments; provide support.
Additional purposes: send you account notices and feedback surveys to improve the service. You can ask us to stop by writing to the contact email.
We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. We do not share your CV with recruiting companies without your explicit decision.
Who helps us provide the service
To operate, we use providers that process data on our behalf: Google (Firebase storage and Gemini AI models to read CVs and evaluate openings), ElevenLabs (voice and transcription for interview practice), Vercel (application hosting) and Clip (card payments; EliteBrain never sees your card details).
Job searches send only the job title and location to job sources, never your personal data.
These providers may process data outside your country, under contractual protection measures.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data, object to its use and withdraw your consent. Write to francisco@elitebrain.com from your account email stating your request; we reply within 20 business days.
You can download your documents from the My documents section at any time.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. If you ask us to delete your account, we remove your profile and documents, except what the law requires us to keep (for example, payment receipts).
Cookies
We only use necessary cookies: your session and your language. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
Changes to this notice
If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
